Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you need to return/exchange a product, you must do so within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Please note our return policy as we do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of the invoice date.
Please complete the RMA Request Form an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item to us. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s).
The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you. Return your package to:

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, there are certain restrictions when returning merchandise to us.
|Zojirushi Products ? Please note that once an appliance has been used whether it may be an Airpot or Rice Cooker, we can not accept the item back. Asiachi.com has a strict policy to sell only NEW and GENUINE Zojirushi products. |
If you need assistance with the operation of any Zojirushi product, we suggest that you contact Zojiurushi directly at 800-733-6270. Returns/Exchanges ? If you have not used the product and would like to return or exchange the product for a different size or model, please call us at 866-238-1688. You must receive a RMA prior to shipping the unit back to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping charges and must have the package insured with a traceable carrier.
If you would like to exchange a unit for another, you must ship the item back to us prepaid and insured. Please call customer service at 866-238-1688 to arrange this. Defective product ? it is rare to receive a Zojirushi product that is defective and we will work with you to get it repaired. In most cases, the wrong setting on the unit was selected (brown rice setting for white rice or vice versa). If you have questions about using the product please contact Zojirushi directly at 866-238-1688. It is Zojirushi's policy to either repair or replace a product at their discretion. If you think the product you received is defective, we will work with you to send the product back to Zojirushi for testing purposes which usually takes about 1 week after receiving the item. If the item is defective, we will promptly replace the unit for you.
Herbal Products - To return a product for refund/exchange, merchandise must still be unopened. If any portion of the extract is used, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.
All Other Items - Products may be returned or exchanged if items are in a new and unused condition.
Defective Items - If an item is defective, we will replace it promptly.
Wrong Item- If you receive a product that you do not want or need, please return it to us via a parcel carrier of your choice. We will promptly credit your account excluding the shipping charges.
Our error - If we make a mistake on your order, we will make it right or give you your money back. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
